ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS 'MEETING NATIONAL MEMBERS OF DELEGATES ACU-USERS ASSOCIATION CONSUMER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (Art. 15 of the Statute)

Following the deliberations of the National Presidency of 5 September 2009 and October 15, 2009, shall be called the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting national delegates, elected regional assemblies, the first call 13 December 2009 at 09.30 am, in Via Tonale No 19 at the Auditorium of the Salesians (about 500 meters from Central Station) in Milan, with the following agenda * and second call, December 13 2009 hours 10.30 am in no way Tonale 19, at the Auditorium of the Salesians in Milan, with the following agenda *:

1. Statement by the President by the outgoing National Chairman Gianni Cavinato,
2. appointment Minutes of the Meeting of the Secretary;
3. election of members of the National Presidency;
4. election of the Board of Auditors (Auditor Unique and Alternate);
5. election of the Board of Arbitration;
6. proposed amendments to the National Regulations and subsequent resolutions;
7. presentation Three-year plan 2010-2012 and subsequent resolutions;
8. any other business.

At the end of the Assembly are invited to attend the National President and the Board of Arbitration for them to elect the officers provided for by the Statute.
